"J -12" A flick inspired by the earthquake of January 12, 2010 in Haiti is about a young Haitian immigrant ,Vladimir, living in New York . After being forced to leave school, his mother living in Haiti , encouraged him to stay in New York until he can re-register. On the morning of January 12, 2010, Vlad was awakened by a phone call from his mother. And in the afternoon, the news of the earthquake in Haiti is on all screens. The film lasts 20 minutes and is mainly in English with subtitles. He was selected in several film festivals around the world.
